For draws and discounted purchases: We cannot offer a replacement once the product has been opened and used unless the product is faulty or defective. In case you receive a product with a manufacturing defect, please raise a return/replacement request within 7 days of delivery. If the item is damaged or defective, Dreampot will provide a free pre-paid return label for orders returned to us within 10 days of delivery. After 10 days customers will be responsible for shipping costs for returns. If the product is found to be not defective by our technical team, it won’t be eligible for replacement and the same product will be dispatched again. Dreampot is not liable for faulty products, the seller/ manufacturer is to be Liable For a product to be eligible for replacement, the following conditions must apply: -The issue must be reported to Dreampot within 7 days of delivery of the product. -Dreampot must be contacted immediately if products are damaged as a result of shipping. -A detailed description of the damage must be provided to the Customer Support team. -Product(s) is returned in the condition it was received. -product must be returned in its original packaging Return will be processed only if: -it is determined that the product was not damaged while in your possession; -the product is not different from what was shipped to you; -the product is returned in original condition (with brand/manufacturer’s box, MRP tag intact, user manual, warranty card and all the accessories therein).
